Laig Bay and the Isle of Rum

Laig Bay is an endlessly, interesting beach. It's got rivers flowing into it, rocky escartments, rockpools and some of the most incredible geology you're likely to see. A mix of Jurassic sandstone and Palaeocene basalt makes for a landscape the likes of which I've never seen.
